I have always had a passion to design and create - while
others played football at lunch I'd sit in the classroom drawing and sketching.
Throughout school I was lucky enough to be pushed by
teachers and supported by my parents to work at art, this led me to Canterbury College where I discoverd the
wonder of ceramics and pottery. This opened my eyes to a world of art and design, an interest that developed as I
progressed through education. I later went on to study ceramics and glass at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University
College and discovered a passion for glass blowing.
After three years I had my foot in the 'glass door'
by offering my hand as an assistant at several studios in the south east. Three weeks after finishing my degree
in 2005 I started to work as an assistant at London Glassworks.
Technically improved I continue to push design and create
work which varies from small production ware to larger one-off pieces varying in style and design.
